THINGS TO DO ON HASTING STREET:
Whether you are an adventure seeker or purely wanting time to relax, there are activities for all here in Noosa and there is no better way to start your morning than with the infamous ‘Hells Gate’ coastal walk. Starting at Noosa main beach, this walk will take you through several beach access points including Little Cove. After a quick dip, you continue to make your way through to the Noosa National Park where you can admire the nature and maybe if you're lucky even some wildlife. The pinnacle of this coastal walk is the perfect spot to stop and take in the scenery.
For those of us who prefer an activity directly in the ocean, surfing or paddle boarding may be where you find yourself and there is plenty of room for that along Noosa main beach. Only a half hour drive outside of Hastings Street, you may find yourself wanting an afternoon stroll in the Eumundi Markets. From fashion to fresh produce, these markets offer stalls that are guaranteed to take up most of your afternoon.
WHERE TO EAT:
After your activity filled day, each of us deserve to sit back and relax. If you are wanting to start off with a quick drink before your meal, there are many spots along Hastings Street to enjoy. Rococo is the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor, allowing you to sip on your favourite cocktail whilst admiring the busy Hasting Street. For those who want to be away from the busy street and straight by the ocean, you may find yourself at Bistro C. Directly opposite the beach, this place is well known for its ocean views and happy hour.
Once happy hour is over, you will find yourself spoilt for choice on where to eat. Whilst there are plenty of local spots to quickly grab a bite to eat, there is an arrangement of beautiful restaurants for you to sit at to enjoy all that Noosa has to offer. If you are continuing by the beach, Sails is a well known favourite. Inspired by the ocean and fresh local produce, this restaurant has crafted a menu that truly celebrates Australian cuisine. For those of us who want to head back directly onto Hasting Street and are after a different taste, look no further than Bang Bang. This restaurant is where captivating bold asian flavours and incredible interior design come together in an indoor, outdoor dining space made just for you to enjoy.
