KIVARI is an exciting and growing company inviting applications for a Boutique Assistant Manager for our Chadstone, Melbourne location.

Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and achieve KPI targets.
• Support the Boutique Manager in training and developing the team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Welcome and assist all visitors to the boutique
• Represent the KIVARI brand to the highest standard.
• Oversee the daily operations of the boutique.
• Manage new stock deliveries.
• Ensure smooth operational performance across all aspects of the boutique.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a boutique.
• Strong background in customer service and sales.
• Ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
• Proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets.
• A natural leader with strong communication and influencing skills.
