KIVARI is an exciting and growing company inviting application for a Planner.

About Us: KIVARI is a leading contemporary Women’s wear Brand that delivers products designed with heart, personality, and Integrity. Founded in 2014, KIVARI is on track for successful growth through its journey to expand its global footprint through Retail, E-Commerce, and Wholesale channels.

About You: We are looking for a Planner who has a solid grasp of the retail industry and has an advanced understanding of business analytics to help drive the success of KIVARI. You will support the growth of the brand in a sustainable way to ensure the KIVARI customer is at the heart of everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and develop merchandising strategies that align with company’s objectives

· Identify risks and opportunities and work with a cross functional team to develop strategies that optimise the business

· Reporting on trade performance by channel and buy roll-ups

· Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets

· Demonstrated knowledge and experience in merchandise planning, OTB management and ROI principles

· WSSI Management

· Manage and plan allocations across the business to ensure optimal efficiency

· Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, consolidations etc

· Aged inventory planning and analysis

· Style set up administration

· Experience working in a fast paced, multi-channel, multi-brand environment

· Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

· Strong analytical skills

· Data driven decision making skills

· Ability to collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices, and develop systems knowledge

Qualifications:

· 3+ years proven experience in a retail planning role.

· Strong analytical skills

· Strong commercial and retail knowledge

· Excellent accuracy and attention to detail skills

· Ability to plan and execute your work efficiently.

· Ability to work to deadlines.

· Exceptional time management and organisational skills

· Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills

· Advanced knowledge of Excel and the ability to use planning systems effectively.
